How we prepare our food for you
At the Marlboro Restaurant the key aims for our food is quality and sustainability. Our famous crinkle cut chips are prepared and hand cut on site daily, guaranteeing you a high quality product. We are proud to offer a unique style of chip, different to most fish and chip shops in the country.
All our cod is hand cut to size using the best MSC certified fish available. We also offer other fish such as haddock, mackerel, sea bass and plaice.
Where possible, we source our products and ingredients from local and national suppliers.
Our fishcakes, cheese fryits, crab cakes, chicken curry, mushy peas are examples of some of the many in house made products, using the best produce which we can source.

We have a range of suppliers we use both locally and nationally. We always try to get our products locally and from small businesses to support the community and to provide an authentic product. Here is where we get a selection of some of our products.
